We use a session cookie on our website make it work efficiently. This cookie is set by Drupal and is essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site.  It is deleted when you close your browser.

We use the information that you give us to carry out our obligations arising from any contract entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information that you request from us.

We send out newsletters only to collaborators and interested parties who have asked us to. These newsletters contain information related to the work of ALERRT. Recipients of our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time, but should be aware that, if they do so, they will no longer receive updates.

We use the information that we collect about you to administer our site and to improve our site.

Who we share that information with

We only share your personal information if it is necessary for the performance of the contract we enter into with you, if it is necessary in order to enforce our terms and conditions or if we have a legal duty to disclose your data. This may include sharing your data with business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors and solicitors.

How we secure your data

We take reasonable technical, administrative and physical precautions to keep any personal information that you give to us secure. Where data is stored in data centres, some are secure data centres located in the UK, and some are secure servers located in the United States. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. We do however do our best to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to access information held about you. To do this, please write to us at info@alerrt.global and ask for a copy of the information that we hold about you. You have the right to have personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right to request the removal of personal data.
